QDataViewer Report Manager by FLEXquarters

Customer Helpdesk System Implemented for Tech Support

With the increased amount of pre-sales and technical questions, due to the popularity of our products, we had to rethink our previous methods of handling these types of phone calls and email. So to serve you in a more efficient manner, we have implemented the centralised QODBC support system from USA which is a web based ticket system that you as a customer can input into directly with a much faster response time.

The Customer Helpdesk system has a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) knowledge base section that can be accessed using the "Search for Answers" keyword search function on our web pages, often finding the answers immediately. The FAQ Knowledge Base is growing on a daily basis, so if you can’t find what you’re looking for within your "Search for Answers" keyword search, submit a Support Ticket. Your question or technical problem will receive a same day reply even if you are just evaluating our products or a fully registered user. We have 6 technical people monitoring this system in order to provide you with resource direction or answers to your questions. One-to-One support issues will be subject to a A$33.00 per incident fee.
